I’ve started a Flickr photo stream where I’m posting some of my new, more artistic and creative pieces. I’ll also include some client work, and of course, there will be the occasional image or two of the kids… check it out!

Fine Art – A New Beginning
I’ve always had a strong attraction to Fine Art Photography and I’ve been gearing up to dive into it myself. Today I’ve finished my first piece. I’m thrilled with it’s completion and I am anxious to begin work on a few more pieces.

Engagements – Mike & Val
Whew! I’ve been busy! So busy I don’t know where to start. Well, this past weekend, I had the pleasure to take engagement photos for a sweet couple, Mike & Val. We were out at the Minneapolis Sculpture Garden & Cowles Conservatory. We had beautiful weather, clear blue skies, and a soft breeze. Here’s a sneak peek at the session. I can’t wait to dive into more of these photos.
I have so much more to post, just not enough time for posting! I’ll get busy on that. Stay tuned for lots of what we’ve been up to so far this summer, plus more of this couple from last weekend and their upcoming wedding!

Main Street Wedding – Fred & Marylee
I wanted to be sure to add a post for a recent wedding, Fred & Marylee. Their wedding was hosted at the St Anthony Main Event Centre in Minneapolis, it was a cozy and light-hearted event. Enjoy!
Inspiration – Spring is Here
As promised, a post to highlight the first outdoor photo session of Spring 2009. It’s been a long, cold winter here in St. Paul so I’m excited finally take the camera (and kids!) outdoors. Here is a peak at some of the session, there is lots more to come.

JSP Now Accepting Credit Cards!
This is progress! Something I’ve been working on (all weekend!) and had on the ‘to do’ list for months. Yes, JSP is setup with PayPal and can now accept credit cards as a form of payment for deposits and final payments for any of your photography needs.

How will it work? If you would like to purchase a photography session and pay with a credit card, or would like to accept a quote on a wedding package and put down a deposit, just let me know of your preference. I will send an electronic invoice/contract that will include a link for you to pay through the PayPal service.
I’m excited about this big step for JSP and hope that it is another helpful option for my clients.
If you have any questions, please feel free to email me at jennifer@jsphotographymn.com.
Coming Soon: First Outdoor Spring Shoot of 2009. Stay tuned!
